  This item is exactly as described. It arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. I really like the temp control, the hidden cord and the automatic shut off after an hour features. Even though it said used, it arrived in new condition in original packaging. It is definitely high value and I am very pleased with the price and it looks great on my bathroom shelf. The item arrived very quickly. I am one happy customer and would purchase from this seller again.

  I bought a razor and it came NOT as pictured, the manual was not included and the head and cap had whiskers in them, which was disgusting and potentially dangerous health wise. I contaced them and asked for the manual and they refused to send it, so I asked to return it and for them to pay return shipping because it was NOT as described, but they refused again. People like this give Ebay a bad name and I HIGHLY recommend NOT supporting this seller.. go elsewhere and buy from good, honest people.
