    Overall good experience. seller shipped quickly. It was exactly as described in appearance. new condition and it wasn’t that expensive. However it doesn’t seem to have the same range as my other one did. I have to get closer and lines up exactly for it to respond.

    I ordered what was described as an "open box" condition Samsung One Connect Box. The product arrived with extensive damage to its case (clearly not from shipping or packing) so it was returned for having been misrepresented -- photos were provided. After receiving the return, Norcent USA said they sent it in perfect condition so we must have damaged it, and they contested the return. That accusation is absolutely false. Why would anyone do that...? So, I will never trust them again.

    We inspected and documented this item before shipping — it was in excellent open-box condition with our warranty label attached. Photos were sent to the buyer. The item was returned with damage that was not present when shipped. We stand by our process and the condition it left in.

    Item came in good packaging. It maybe was damaged doing shipping if not before shipped. They gave me option of refund or replacement. I would have choose replacement but I don't know how to return items and the box it came in was rip already when I was unpackaging it's because it was hard to open so I just rip it. They gave me a portal refund of $21 and do not have built in speaker for me when playing on Xbox one my pc had headphones so I can listen Thank You!
