  Arrived earlier than expected, was in good condition as described. It was less than the price for buying it new. The pulse explore earbuds I purchased arrived in bubble wrapped and were packed well. When I opened the original packaging up I could tell it had been resealed. The product did not mention open box but they were just like new. Definitely worth it considering I saved $60 dollars. There was a plastic sticker sealing the box back up I had taken off in the photos below.The box was as seen

  Initial issues with USPS not updating the original package, which remains marked as "Shipping Label Created". The delivery window passed and I contacted VirtualDealz2000's Mr. Gagan. Seeing the USPS status, I was immediately offered a full refund or replacement and chose a replacement. The new package was shipped within 24 hours and arrived 4 days later. Product works, is brand new as advertised and in sealed factory packaging, other than some marks indicating possible manufacturer repair.

  This product arrived new in retail box but items in box had been repackaged. Date of manufacture was 2022 (today is March 2025). With that said the items are in perfect condition and a great bargain at the selling price. I would still buy the item again at this price knowing that it was from 2022 stock. My purchase was shipped on the next business day, was well packaged, and arrived with no shipping damage. I will not hesitate buying from this seller again. A+++

  The seller had great communication and promptly responded to all inquiries. The only challenge I had was an error that USPS created in stalling the shipment to the point that I needed to cancel the order. Great seller but the USPS was the challenge in this case.

  Very satisfied with purchase. The shipping time was not great, the seller shipped immediately however usps took forever for it to arrive which is standard these days. Holiday was involved but it still took too long. The item did arrive in good condition with no damage. I feel I got a great value from this seller.
