    Item was lost in the mail for a bit. Had to get USPS Investigators to track it down.. Which they finally did and the item was PERFECT! I couldn't be more happy with the condition. And it was New and well packaged, just as described. There was a 70-30 chance that my repair would work, but it did. And I managed to save a $700 Chromebook for 40 Bucks! Top Notch Seller.     Despite the fact that items was received and was not suppose to be received I will put a positive review. The battery was received defective.What I mentioned to the seller is to have test in future all batteries that are sent to clients to avoid a back and fourth traction. All overall I was satisfied since ebay step in and refund me in full. Communication with the seller was fine but I was not able to return. Checked a few carriers in Canada (Post Canada, UPS) they cannot send batteries to US
