    Item arrived just packed in a plastic bag. Consequently the item's box was damaged and as it was intended to be a present this was an issue. I contacted the seller who didn't seem to feel that it's a problem. The best they finally offered was a 3 euro refund. I don't feel this was good enough, and their communication was unhelpful bordering on rude.
