  Only positive on this transaction was the item was received super fast in 2days after purchase. I Received the item with box opened, unwrapped, and missing spare buds, charger, and all paperwork. I’m pretty sure this item was probably a used return. Contacted seller and she admitted it was an open box item. This item wasn’t in new unwrapped condition as described in the listing.
