  I had originally ordered a pair of black Vibram V-Soul shoes but the seller noticed a defect and did not feel good selling me a pair of defective shoes. They offered me the same shoe but different color. I chose to have them send me the pink pair of V-Soul shoes. They shipped from Japan but arrived in just a few days.   Quality: product is very well designed and made, and in a set of three which is also a big bonus. I set a custom message explaining it was an upcoming birthday gift and they replied understanding the situation and shipped it ASAP. I have never had such amazing service like this and will buy more things from this seller. Condition: Amazing, well packaged, had an extra box that was actually cut in a way so the lid flaps open fully and does not damage the items box. Definitely worth the price.

  Shipping is fast, the packaging are very very safety, as described, but have a few defects on each bottle. Some are very visible and deep scratch, some are thin and not very visible. I actually hope the condition is better than this, but overall okay. the value are okay compare from other stores. Thanks so much.
