    Somehow the USPS misplaced my speaker because it wasn't scanned from 3/10 to 3/20 when it surfaced in Indianapolis. I had a service inquiry done during the 10 days and they couldn't find it. The seller is very kind and thoughtful. Eventually I got the speaker which is perfect and I'm waiting for them to respond so I can give them the money back. Truly good, sincere, and kind seller.
