    I don`t like to give a negative rating. In this case, I have to. I bought an old Teltron Maltese cross tube. It arrived shattered. The cardboard box was much to small. The tube had not any chance to survive. This was a severe first party failure. I`m not amused about that. This old tube had deserved a respectfull packing. The seller did not have any word of excuse. I can NOT recommend to buy such an fragile article at this seller. And I am very sorry for this negative rating.

    There is no excuse to offer: I used the same (new) double thickness cardboard box for this item that I use for all such items and I refunded the selling price. The buyer then wanted me to refund the overseas shipping charges which the GSP had claimed and presumably received. So I can't be expected to refund what I had not received
