    Seller had this item marked as New. The box that it came in looked like something out of 1970. Shipping took over 10 days, when I am only 1 state away. Reached out to seller asking that he make things right. No response. Had to have eBay get involved. Absolutely would not recommend this seller!!

    The shipping and packaging were bad. This was a heavy metal item. Due to the poor packaging the item was broken during delivery. Upon further inspection the item was not in working order as distributed in the listing. I tried to contact the seller with no success. With no response eBay had to step in to get my refund. I would not buy from this seller again.

    I received this box with the starter in it. The box was destroyed, and there was very little packing material in the box. For the extremely heavy nature of this starter, the box and packing material were extremely inadequate! I inspected the starter, I don't see any damage, but I won't know for sure until I instalI it. I tried contacting the seller two different times and have gotten no response. I have given the seller one month to respond and they have not. I am very displeased!

    Parts arrived with green packing tape all over the parts. Seller repacked parts into bubble wrap and tape. Left out the parts list. will never buy from this seller again! Stay away! Was not a complete kit.
