Communication was prompt, but I had to instigate it - asking if item had been sent. Item was eventually sent a week after order was placed and arrived well outside of latest estimated timeframe. FFR: If you have supply issues it is always best to contact the buyer to let them know what is going on, BEFORE they contact you.
