    I missed that there was a crack on the plastic where the blade is held. I complained about it and the seller pointed out that this crack was disclosed on the listing but they refunded me anyways. I reviewed the listing, and the crack was indeed disclosed, but I had somehow missed it. Greatly appreciated their willingness to accommodate me even though it was my mistake!
