    Seller was quick to respond to an offer. Tracking took longer than expected but I think weather played into that. The package arrived in excellent condition and the item was packaged very well. The item was as described. My only complaint was the screws for a mount were not included. I was aware the mount/stand itself was not included, but it would’ve been nice if the screws were so that the item was ready for me to attach to my monitor arm at home. I had to find some screws from an old monitor.

    The MB arrived in a custom expanding foam shell. So it basically arrived in perfect condition. The 1st MB I received was giving me trouble and the seller went above and beyond to help me get a replacement as this was an eIS shipment (US to Canada). I don’t blame the seller for the long shipping time, it’s just how eIS works. The seller had the MB at the eBay hub in IL, in two days. The price was also really good and the MB was clean and almost looked new. I would highly recommend this seller.

    Excellent product and features. In reality, the condition was even better than described. The value was excellent. This item was packed better than what I originally received new from the factory years ago. They used a custom fill and expand material that ensured the item was received in perfect condition. Communication and customer service after the sale were excellent too. I would highly recommend this seller. I've added them to my followed sellers. A+
