    Seller communication was horrible. Did Not reply to any of my 3 messages just asking about shipping. Then took 5 days to get it mailed off, chose cheapest and slowest option possible, took zero effort towards packaging for protecting against shipping damage, but it arrived as described in the listing. For the value, I would have purchased from a different seller who I had ordered from prior and paid a little more for better seller communication.

    The remote is as advertised, is in excellent condition, works, and was priced fairly. Shipping was free and it was packaged in a mailer with bubble wrap, which protected it well during shipping. I would be happy to buy from this seller again.

    The item took a while to arrive, but the buying experience was excellent overall. The item came exactly as described, with minor wear and tear. It did not come with darts, which I don't mind much, but it may be a consideration for other buyers. The packaging was secure, and the communication with the seller was fantastic.
