    Seller shipped in 2 bus days, and due to proximity, I got it 2 bus days later in the condition promised. I was asked by the seller to revise my original feedback of neutral (for no tracking on my item). I was told they do not pay tracking on items they ship for free. However, the listing still had Ground Advantage as the shipping method, which the seller could have changed during listing or just said in the description. They did neither. I expected a tracking #, but got 2 postage stamps.

    The customer got the product he ordered in the time frame promised and is happy with the product . Never reached out to me before leaving the neutral feedback to see if we could resolve his concerns
