  This package arrived in a condition that did not match what I ordered. Listed as excellent condition, as shown in seller’s pictures, item arrived with broken fins, which were missing from the package entirely. Regardless of policy, seller will not refund because item is no longer in the condition seller described, even though it arrived to me damaged, missing broken pieces. Horrible experience, horrible communication.

  Beware of this buyer! Item was shipped in excellent, as pictured condition and well packaged, as almost everything I sell is breakable, I have NEVER had an item arrive damaged or broken in 22 years as a seller. Buyer did not communicate with me until 9 days after receiving. Then demanded a full refund showing pictures of a broken item with damaged tag. She is lying. Made it personal by calling me a con, and saying God forbid if I have any kids. Does not use her own name on account. Beware.
