  Item was OEM Honeywell furnace filters and what I expected to receive. I would order again from this seller. Communication was excellent. I received fast responses to my messages, when FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address. It appeared FedEx was not going to resolve the mistake and the seller offered to refund or ship a replacement. Fortunately, the issue was resolved that same day and I was able to stop the replacement shipment. Thanks guys, I appreciate your integrity!

  I Received my Dyson well packaged, in excellent condition… both in appearance and function. Shipping was quick! I mistakenly thought I was missing an attachment which was in fact stored in the vacuums wand.
