  These looked ok upon arrival because they were laying down. After being opened as a gift and standing upright, we saw they were only partially full. Some LESS THAN HALF FULL. I reached out to the seller and received no response over 48 hours later. These were advertised as “new,” but I find that hard to believe. Buyer beware!
