No provision was made by Cochranes the Whyalla freight company to unpack the pallets that the 6 cabinets were on ready for delivery to a residential address. They were dumped in my backyard and we had man handle them off the pallets and into the house and into shelter. I believe I paid more on the delivery fee to have them delivered to a home address in the first place!

Checking my records I found I received quite a large discount on the normal delivery fee to a home address. Delivery fee was $1,500 total for the 6 units. Normal fee was quoted at $575 plus GST per unit to a home address!
