The postage and packaging price was fair and not too expensive, and had arrived as described with the badges in good condition and value, and is very good quality as it can be attached to clothing and hats easily, as shown in the photo below.   Very poor Packing, item came all broken up. Even ask to bubble wrap and and pack with two boxes. They used 2 boxes but the box had no space between them to put bobble wrap around the first box like I had asked. Also had to get Ebay involved to get my refund.
