  Took much longer than advertised as the items came from China which wasn’t brilliant. The seller did keep in contact and I’m pleased with the actual items themselves. If I had a criticism it’s that the item should be clearer regarding how long it would take to be delivered. An approximation not an exact date.

  Perfect colour blue roses for a display I need to do. My order of 30 roses came in 2 deliveries. The first delivery of 5 roses arrived quickly but the second delivery of 25 roses didn’t not arrive until 3 weeks later…luckily I had ordered well in advance so the delay of the second delivery arriving did not impact me. Smooth transaction with seller and good communications updating me on my order and providing me with a tracking number …

  Terrible seller, fake advertising. I ordered 2 door toppers that look like cats in Santa hats but what I received had no resemblance to the item advertised - see photo. I complained to the seller asking for a full refund and 3 times they refused offering less. I had to complain direct to Ebay to get this resolved and receive the refund. I have advised EBay to stop using this seller due to false advertising. I eiuld advise customers to not purchase anything from this seller.
