  Received item with it not booting. Immediacy contacted seller. Seller is EXTREMELY responsive and courteous. Since I am technically inclined, the seller shipped, at their expense, the parts to fix the server and now it works great. I've never worked with an Ebay seller that was this responsive.   Part arrived as listed, unfortunately due to shipping delays to Alaska, it did not arrive in time for use. I received a full refund including the shipping charges. If expedited shipping is required, I suggest contact the seller prior to ordering. The part was shipped the day after ordering by the seller, the shipping method is just not appropriate for Alaska.
