    mine came out the box with a couple significant scratches on the screen, despite being listed as refurbished. its a great camera, and it looks real neat, so i was very bummed. i have also reached out to the seller (only a few hours ago) but have not recieved a response. if that changes, i will edit this review, but i am not hopeful.

    Refurbished camera looked in brand new condition. Clean and no scratches/blemishes that I could see. It came in an OM System branded box, though likely not the retail type box. It came with a user manual, a USB cable and camera strap. There was no battery in the box, but I contacted the seller and they are shipping one out as it was supposed to have a battery. Quick shipping.
