    I ordered two 7.5Ah batteries and I received two 10 Ah, which was fine with me. One battery wouldn't take a charge and I requested a refund. They asked for a picture of the battery on the charger to prove the charging lights would not go on. After I sent them the photo they refunded my account for the one battery on the same day. A video would have been better proof but the limit that eBay has on photo file size prevents that.

    Purchased 2 8ah batteries from this seller. Unfortunately one was defective. This seller is stand up and refunded the purchase price of the battery without asking for me to return the defective item per there policy of a buyer is responsible for return shipping. Very pleased with the resolution.
