The iPod was new when it arrived, but there was an issue with a charging cord and it would not let me actually log in to my account. Kept giving me an error about invalid server or something. However, the customer service was AMAZING. Fast, helpful, responsive and very, very accommodating. So the iPod didn't work out, but I could not have asked for better customer service.
