  Not as described. In listing it shows a pull out tray to discard urine. The one I recvd had no tray. That's the one I wanted. Also shipped in orig box and was damaged. Tray came cracked. Contacted seller on 4/22 and it's 5/5 and still no solution. I think 2 weeks is enough time. Bad customer service!

  Picture of item on the box is correct. However, all of the other pictures are showing a tray, are incorrect as this item does not have a removable pullout tray. For the price, it should work OK. Fast shipping.

  Great service, fast shipping, and great communication. Only negative is that the balls are really small, much smaller than I thought they would be. But that's definitely on me, as the seller clearly states that they are only about 2 inches in diameter. They are somewhere between a ping pong ball and a tennis ball.
