The package could have been a little better. Tape loosened leaving an opening. This could have been rough handling by the delivery service. I was shocked at the cost of shipping. This is a reason I seldom order from eBay any more. The item was used and came as described. It seems to be working ok. I would purchase from seller again.

Was in contact several times with Seller, who said they would provide correct item, but did not follow through. Shipping costs more than half the price of the item. Seller does not accept returns. Do not recommend Seller.
