    The item came in a black plastic case with foam on the inside that was taped shut. The item did not come in the original package as described. Hvae yet to get the item to work. Will not buy from seller again

    These high-end server processors do not come in retail packaging from AMD. They are either individually packaged or in a tray for multiple units. They come in the brown box in bulk trays, and then we individually package them for each order. Please rest assured, all of our processors are original AMD and in the advertised condition. We also include a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind. (We never advertised retail packaging, as there isn't one for this line of products)
