After l cancelled l received another message from seller say just received back. And ask if l wish to buy. Why would l buy second hand good when l paid for new l don’t know if the item had been used. I offered him a full refund but he said he would wait, I kept the buyer up to date and let him keep the item he had received as compensation. He then started being insulting and insinuating that we are not a reputable business, which if you read our feedback clearly isn't true, so refunded him his payment.
