    This item was NOT the same as pictured OR described. Regardless of the color of the phone it was in a box that was sealed with a label that said that the phone could NOT be activated on a consumer OR employees account. IE: IT WAS NOT USABLE BY ANYONE, NOT EVEN THE SELLER. The seller was NOT repentant in ANY way or form and just "stalled and misdirected" me. I went to a CORPORATE VERIZON STORE and turned it in to them as the seal also said that selling it was against their own policies.

    The phone came exactly as described except for 1 little thing. I ordered an unlocked phone and the one I received was locked to Verizon. But I give the overall experience a positive review because the company made it right. Unfortunately they didn't have another of the same phone in stock, but they quickly issued me a refund so I was able to purchase another device for my daughter. The customer service was great. Communication was excellent as well.
