  These pet stairs for a high bed were not what is pictured in the photo, so they did not work for my needs. But the seller was great and refunded me the full price. I will donate them to the local animal shelter. They would work well on a couch but for a high bed they are more for cats. I would buy from this seller again. They kept up the communication and I am highly satisfied with the resolution.

  I never received the item - I’m not sure what happened, but the seller refunded my money as soon as they knew I wouldn’t be getting it. I didn’t have to go through any hassle or anything, they were proactive and did the refund. I very much appreciate that.
