Most of our listings come from our family's closed hardware store. After almost 60 years in business my father had to close down due to health reasons. He loved people and helping them. Our remaining parts help people repair items , a lost art.

    Both boxes were opened, the factory seals were cut, one the bottom was ripped open and the batteries were installed and the other did not have batteries. They seem to be customer returns. I expect an immediate refund including shipping charge and tax due to the fact you fraudulently misrepresented these items as new, unused and unopened. If you want them back provide a prepaid shipping label. This experience will make me think twice about buying on eBay not knowing who is honest.

    Buyer never reached out letting me know of an issue. I always stand behind my products, I emailed him to request a return of the products and a refund.
