    Neutral only because I am not thrilled with the transaction nor am I very upset, just disappointed it didn't work out. Unfortunately item arrived damaged as both front legs were broken upon opening. I accepted a partial refund after contacting seller (covered price of item but not all of shipping) even though it was an eBay money back guarantee item as I couldn't figure out how to pursue that. I had hoped for full refund, but it is what it is.

    Positive experience but a few things - I requested a tracking # from seller, which was not provided. I did receive the item but there was no padding, and the inner box was bent sometime during shipment but no damage to actual items. As mentioned, otherwise positive. Thank you.
