Although this base plate was for a different brand of home compost bin, having measured up I came to the conclusion that it would fit the one that I had. It arrived today and I have connected the bin to the base plate without any problem and have started recycling my vegetable kitchen scraps, I guess the real test will be when I go to remove my first lot of compost as to whether it has worked or not, but so far all good.
