    The headset was damaged beyond repair and should not have been advertised as being new. Was told by the seller “if you do not want to send it back,we can refund $8 to you,and you can give it to you friend as a gift,but friend usually the shipping cost should be paid by the buyers,and it is very expensive,hope you can think more,”. They refused to pay return fees at all. I returned item as requested and was only refunded the cost of headset and not including $15 to return as per eBay rules.
