    The case was brick hard and not a soft pliable case as shown in the listing photos. It didn't fit my switch at all, there was no stretch in it. I messaged orzly politely twice but they haven't bothered to respond. I started a return, but found out I would have postage fees of £3.25 deducted from the refund. As I already paid postage fees to have the case delivered, I'm not willing to pay again to return it. Now I've wasted my money and I'm stuck with a case I can't use.
