  The box the rod arrived in was not the original box as stated, one of the balls for the end piece was missing and one of the brackets was missing. They did not offer to send missing pieces. They did send me a link for a label so I could send it back however I was not able to open it. UPS and two other people tried as well no luck so I sent it back on my own. Now they tell me they can’t refund my money and insulted me by offering a discount of $4 if I keep it. Why would I want it even if it?
