  the BBQ I received was an Amazon return , I thought it was brand new as stated by seller, but the box had Amazon labels all over it and the box was pretty bangedup. the BBQ had a bent handle a alot of scratches. I offered to keep it if the seller gaveme arefund to cover the cost of repairs. They did agree to a refund of 20.00. At least they tried to make up for the problem. rate D+
