  I ordered this roll of 2in x 33ft roll of clear door edge guard adhesive strip, but what arrived in my package was NOT what I ordered. (See attached photo). I have reached out to the seller on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Today, to try to resolve this as I thought maybe my order was mixed up with someone else's, but the seller has not yet reached out or responded to any of my messages.
