  Listing shows picture of durable plastic floss dispenser. Seller ships floss in cheap paper dispenser that easily deteriorates with normal use. Evasive responses from Seller when tried to resolve. I have included pic of what seller ships.

  You're totally dishonnest. We communicated several time and i asked question because i had wanted to understand what the issue was. But after getting the problem, I asked you to return the product, but you refused arguing that it would be hassle for you. You requested $20 refund so that you could keep the product. I sent you $12 refund because the margin on the selling was just $5. I took the product out of my listing because the supplier doesn't have much info on the description of the photo.

  They cancelled my order because they said they did not have a possibility of an address to ship to. I live in Alaska and my mailing address is different from my physical address, so I always check to see what method they will use when shipping. If they would have contacted me, I could have offered an alternate address, but they just cancelled it instead.
