The lens doesn't hold its focus when you change the focal length (zoom setting), but it's not the kind of camera you'd use for live zooming, so that's fine. The menu UI is a little clunky, but there's a lot of adjustment available. Note that the HDMI and USB can't be used at the same time. The MP4 files it records are about 1 GB per 10 minutes.

I wasn’t particularly impressed with the lens - it wouldn’t focus correctly at the widest setting. The “instructions “ were minimal- consisting of a single small sheet explaining the settings and a couple troubleshooting procedures. However the image quality is quite good and the camera works fine with an upgraded lens that I was going to use anyway.
