  Purchased two 3-inch cookie cutters from the seller at the same time. Cost was $6.40 each with $4.38 shipping each. Emailed the seller immediately after the purchases and asked if combined shipping was available on the cutters. The response was “Yes”. Seller proceeded to charge me $11.53 for each (including tax on each). The Seller charged separate shipping of $4.38 on each and shipped the two cutters in the SAME small box! No combined shipping as indicated!!
