I asked for a full refund which they agreed to without any hassle. They sent a shipping label and covered the cost of return shipping. Once they received the item, I received a full refund.     The product I received was not what I ordered. When I contacted the seller, they advised me to simply return it, as they don't have one that fits the description I purchased. Furthermore, the Pro was locked, preventing me from accessing the computer; I informed the seller about this issue as well; however, the seller failed to respond. I am in the process of sending it back, but this is a significant disappointment because I intended to gift it to my nephew for graduation.
