    I have experienced the same issue with this seller as others before me. Simply put - Very slow to ship. Like a week and a half slow to be exact. And the seller only shipped after I contacted them and politely asked if the item had shipped. Then the seller proceeded to call me "cold" about my messages. My messages were polite, professional and courteous. Good news is the item was well packed for its journey and the seller responded to my questions in a timely manner.

    It took some delay to get to me, my order got missed but was perfectly understandable. I reached out to the seller, they immediately noticed their mistake and set out to do back-flips to make sure I was happy. THEY ARE AWESOME and a credit to eBay.     Good seller but very slow and unreliable on shipping. Item was paid for on December 26, 2024 but item was not shipped out until January 8, 2025 and received item today on January 10, 2025. It took over 2 weeks to receive my item. The only good thing out of this was that the item was packed very secure and safe for its journey towards me.
