  Seller didn't contact me with an update on shipping for 1 week. Then said they would upgrade shipping. It still took 2 weeks to ship. Communication was terrible, and didn't even offer a partial refund. Won't be ordering from this seller ever again

  We upgraded shipping at our cost for this customer and they still weren't happy and demanded a refund or they would leave bad feedback. They were responded to every single time they sent a message and were shown how to track their item and explained to how things aren't delivered on Sundays.
