This feedback is disappointing. We were leasing with you as you had issues with the product on rare occasions can happen. Never once did we state or expect you to pay for the return. If you generate a return request via your My eBay like you are meant to do we automatically cover the costs of the return. Never once have had someone pay the return shipping on a faulty item.
