  The delivery service was unable to deliver to the correct address . The tracking number on their system did not correlate the tracking number on my EBay order . I contacted the seller and explained our problem. They were more than willing to offer me a full refund. The refund was transferred within 24 hours to my account. Even though we did not receive the product, I am happy to rate them 5/5 for their courtesy and quick response.

  Received a non working watch. It can't be that hard to see if a watch is working before packaging. Eventually received a refund after many messages. Seller concerned about the amount of negative feedback recently, the answer is sell and deliver quality working items on time and all will be well otherwise bad karma. As a buyer I can't examine the items before paying and only have the sellers photos, description and word that each item will be worth the payment expected.
