  The item came exactly how you described it, but you left out the biggest point that the HydroVac will not start without the brushroll cover. Ordering from a third party seller, I expected it to not come in perfect condition and willing to get replacement parts. But for a new opened box item, I at least expected to be able to turn it on and use it the day I got it. I think that type of communication needs to be put in the description so I could have ordered the part prior to it arriving.
