    I am rating this as positive because the item is brand new as expected and was shipped by the seller in a timely manner. Thank you! 5 stars....However, the courier/shipping experience was totally negative. NO FAULT OF THE SELLER, but USPS needs to do better!! this was advertised as a 2-4day ship and I received it 13 days later! What's worse is our locations are only 3hrs. apart!! So there is no excuse for that! I get shipments from overseas quicker than that.
