    Item was falsely advertised as “Open Box” but arrived clearly used with visible scratches and dents. This is misleading and unacceptable. I have contacted the seller multiple times requesting a return shipping label and have received no response. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter through my credit card issuer. Very disappointed with this transaction.

    This is a gross misrepresentation. We responded a number of times to this buyer; instructing him as to how to open a return request to receive a full refund for this item. He has responded only with threats despite our assurances that we would make him completely whole again, and apologized profusely for any disappointment he was experiencing due to this transaction. It was as if he was not reading any of our replies.
